Question:
ok.... my neighbor has a question for me and I dont really know exatcly what to tell them. They just bought ne of those covers that go over a down cover. Their boy cats approx a year old male domestic short hair peed on their bed. So much it soaked even the mattress. They cleaned it up and two days later the same thing happened. Now I asked about the litter bow... how often the chance it and ll they say its changed daily and they have never had a problem like this before.
what are your suggestions for:
A. stopping the urinating
B killing the smells in the fabric
please lemme know what you guys think.... I dont know what to tell them. they dont want to get rid of him but if they cant fix the problem soon. because of their ll baby they may have too....

Answer:
Could have something to do with the smell of the new cover that their cat feels he must compete with.
Suggest they just ban him from the bedroom, in the meantime.

Answer:
Some cats can't stand anything new in their house. This guy is marking it as his!! To kill the odor I find Odormute to be the best. It's inexpensive and doesn't leave behind a sickening smell. It's an enzyme cleaner and safe to use even on the lawn.
I wonder if this cat has been exhibiting bad behavior other places and they just haven't noticed this now.
Answer:
Do you know of they have had a Urinalysis done for the cat?
