Question:
Hi All
I have a 16mths old burmese. Over the last 3 mths he has not used his litter tray to do 'number 2s', but will use it to do 'number 1s'. When he doesn't use the litter trap he goes behind our TV and does his business. Can anyone please tell me why he has stopped using his litter as he was ok before the last 3 mths. He has been desexed. He still does it even with fresh litter in his box

A lot of cats want a box for each "item". Try adding another box. And definitely keep the boxes spotlessly clean. Do you completely dump the litter periodically and scrub the box out well with soap and water?
