Air temperature and Sneezing

Question:
It's gotten very cool here of a night; the average nightly temperature has dropped from 80 to 57 degrees. I had all the windows open in the house since the apartment tends to be warm in summer. This morning Gizmo sneezed twice when she woke me up and once more when she was playing in the hallway. There have been no more sneezes since then but I'm rather worried about her doing it at all.Is there an ideal room temperature for cats?
I will vacuum again and close the bedroom window at night, since that's where most of the sneezing took place. There was no discharge.
Any advice would be appreciated. I don't want her catching pneumonia!
Answer:
Did you have an air conditioner on during those warm nights? Maybe just having the windows open and all those allergens getting in is causing the sneezing. And isn't this ragweed season now? It's also been breezier at night in NH, maybe more air moving is bringing in more allergens.

Answer:
There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, and the other two have been turned off for weeks. They were never left on at night except for when we had the two days with hundred-degree temperatures.
She's not sneezing now. I will assume it's a simple allergen or annoyance that won't be repeated.
Answer:
I've just ordered a smaller Blueair filter for the bedroom. Come wintertime the air in this building will become positively toxic with mold. It's best to spend the money on a preventative measure so that she and I don't get sick.
