I came home from work today to find my 10 month old male cat acting listless and when I picked him up his nose looked like it was raw and had been bleeding (but only a little). What do you think could have happened?

do you have another pet he could have got into a fight with? Does he go outdoors? Has he been acting normal otherwise, up until today?
