Question:

Here is Luna! It's hard to take pictures of her because she's so black and her coat is so shiny, somehow she messes up the pictures with huge reflections.
I got her at 4 weeks old. She's the first cat I've ever owned. I'm guessing she was the runt of the litter and was left behind. She was found outside in Canada's cold weather in December... roughly about -15C to -20C. The Animal Tech thought she was a boy and the vet was 95% sure it was a girl at the time. She has truly lived up to her name, Luna, from a japanese cartoon show Sailor Moon. Luna is her talking cat and my Luna? You can have full out conversations about her day with her. =)

Got him through a local adoption agency. Ugliest kitten of the litter but I honestly thought he was going to die. I told my parents we're just going to keep him to fatten him up and in a couple months, while he's still young, we can give him away so easy. YA RIGHT! Everyone fell in love with this little guy. We call him "La foo jie" which means Little Tiger in Chinese. Ugly duckling, he's very musclar and got a nice coat now =)

your kitties names are awesome!! My daizy almost became Luna for the same reason but then again she almost became Drusilla from buffy......some how though she is definitly a daizy. Cute kitties!!!!

I am so glad you rescued Kittius Maximus! For an "ugly duckling" he sure emerged into one handsome cat.

he was so skinny and crying
when you pet him, you could feel all the bones in his little body
his fur was really gross. When Luna decided to accept him, she started cleaning him, which is why we think he's got this beautiful coat on him now.
He really is an ugly duckling! Because he's a real handsome and VERY MUSCULAR cat now! Everyone says "that's a big cat" but if you pick him up, it's all firm, not one bit of a fat. =)
