So, I was at the pet store today and saw this little bird and fell in love But I know nothing about them. And while I am searching the net I was wondering if anyone knew anything about them. Any tips, experiences or links you could post would be great! Thanks! (attached a pick for those who don't know what they are (like me before today!) )

Lizz,,,,,theres a great breeder in Moncton named Joanne,,who bred these little guys for yrs and I believe she still has a few breeding pairs,,,,heres her website, she also breeds lovebirds, senegals, red bellied parrots, brown headed parrots, etc,,,basically alot from the Poicephalus family,,,,,,,

you can email her,,she is super super nice and she will answer all and any questions you need, she'll give you the good the bad,,etc,,,,

Thanks for the link Brandy, I was actually looking at her site! I will definatly email her!! And I will keep everyone posted on my finds. It seems they have to be kept in pairs or more, but the one at the store is a single. I hope it's not too depressed...

shes also the one who sells the healthy bird stuff and the sandy perches to,,,,shes super nice!!

And the great thing about linnies, is they come in so so many different colors,,,
also i dont think you have to keep just one,,,as long as your going to spend alot of time with it
