my dog burried her bone
Question: hi, i am the pround owner of jazmine she buried her bone in the yard-she dug a hole put the rawhide in the hole and covered it usung her nose it was so cute do ya'll know why dogs bury thier bones Answer: To hide it from other animals.. my dogs 'bury' their treats in the corner of the couch under the pillows (City dogs!).. they use their nose to cover the pretend dirt too! Answer: thanks suzoo you have chinchillas? wow are they really soft? Answer: Very soft! Answer: haha Sasha digs to but she never finds anything to bury since she leaves all of her bones inside!!! Sue, Im so glad your dogs have great imaginations!! haha, so cute Answer: There was a dead bird in the yard in the Fall.. and I kept Montana away from it.. then it snowed and now everyday she goes to the same spot and starts digging to get to that darn bird! I let her dig all she wants b/c the ground is so frozen she'll never get to it... Last winter we went outside, and for no reason (that I could see) she went to a spot that had fresh snow and started digging.. after about 2 minutes, much to my amazement she pulled a little stuffed leprechan doll out of the snow (it had a little green top hat.. hehe) So we took her 'find' in and I washed it.. when we were coming out of the laundry room, Montana was carrying it in her mouth.. and this little boy got off the elevator and said.. "Hey! That's my little sisters doll!".. I told him she dug it out of the snow so somebody thru it out the window.. he says, "Well she can keep it".. Aww.. Thanks kid.. but you weren't getting it back anyway! Answer: HAHA, thats cute,,Sasha LOVES to dig in the snow!!! she digs and digs and digs its so hilarious!!! Answer: It's not so hilarious when you're late for work.. I keep telling her.. Stop digging and start peeing! Answer: my dog hides his raw hide bones in plants in the house, then you see a trail of dirt cuz his paws get dirty.. lol Answer: Does he actually bury it in the dirt or under the leaves? They have such imaginations.. Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
