Sweet Chayse

Question:
I'm very sad today as we had to have our poor sweet little Chayse put down.
Some of you know he had been having seizures which seemed to resolve themselves once we put him on a Vitamin B suppliment. The vet warned me that his seizures may be from something to do with his liver. As it was not functioning properly. It was discovered that he had a large tumor effecting his liver and spleen. This morning we could tell he was in a lot of pain and we decided to let him go. It was so difficult but the vet assured us it was the only thing we could do.
He was only with us for a short time but we loved him so and will miss him a great deal.

Answer:

I'm so sorry Pam!

I know that he enjoyed what little time he spent with you. Please be comforted in that!

Answer:
Pam I'm so sorry you had to say goodbye. I know how hard it must have been.

Have you notified Chayse's breeder about this situation? A tumor like that should raise some concerns with the breeder. I'm sure they'd be interested in knowing.

I'm sorry to hear about Chayse Pam. It's never an easy decision to make, you only did what was best for him.
