When I was a kid, I had a wonderful Flemmish Giant (rabbit) named Daisy that died and I was heartbroken over it. I had been taught by someone heartless that animals didn't have souls so there wasn't a bunny heaven. But I'll always remember what my dad told me.. he said that heaven is a place of pure love and a place where all that you loved on earth is brought together for you, and since I loved Daisy I would surely see her again. My mother also reminded me of a Bible verse that says in heaven the lion will lay down with the lamb. I believe this is more than a metaphor...I think that in heaven not only are there animals, but they all live together harmoniously with each other and with humans.
