My cat Truffles died
Question: My husband and I pulled into our garage Sunday evening and to our horror found Truffles lying on her rug motionless. Obviously she had had a massive stroke, because she had bleeding from her nose. She had suffered 2 strokes in the last 7 weeks, but had been doing great. Our vet had told us she could live anywhere from days to years, but it was still a shock to see her lifeless. Truffles was a 13 1/2 year old Maine Coon mix. She was the most gentle loving cat. She loved to come up to me, meow, then go to her pillow and get brushed, where she would purr contently. By the look on her sweet face, I knew there was nothing that she appreciated more than a good brushing. I can't believe she is gone, I look for her many times a day. She was my companion who loved me unconditionally. She will be greatly missed. Answer: I'm sorry to hear about Truffles. *Hugs* Answer: I'm so sorry Answer: Sorry to hear that especially since you both were very close. Answer: Im so sorry to hear about Truffles. She sounded very special. May she rest over the bridge. Answer: I am so sorry. I can imagine what a shock that must have been to find her. When we lost our Simon we had only had him for a few months and I still kept thinking I saw him out of the corner of my eye for months after he passed. I can imagine that you will go through something similar if you have had her for 13+ years. Answer: Sorry to hear about Truffles. Answer: I'm so sorry. She sounds like she was a sweetie.
