Hello today we had a accident and the rat got mangled. Pandora's leg is in really bad shape but she is still really responsive to the family. We are hoping that there is someone out there that knows what we should do for her. She is right now drinking alot of water. But for the time she is not wanting any food? I don't know if I should touch the badly mangled leg at all? I am hoping someone will get back to me really quickly on this one really don't want to loose our little house rat...Pandora is part of the family she would be sadly missed if she passed away...

If her leg is badly mangled, why has she not seen a vet? She should be taken to one immediately to assess whether the leg can be repaired or if it needs to be amputated.
