Live fish on e-bay?

Question:
I already reported this, since live animals are not allowed to be sold on e-bay, but they are still listed. Are fish excluded from this rule for some reason?

Answer:
yup its still there.. and as far as I know... any animal is off limits to selling on ebay... maybe its just taking them some time to get thru it all.. Im sure they have lots of stuff to deal with... or maybe they arent even online to notice it?!!? I dont know exactly the ins and outs of ebay on that level...

Answer:
I know they also sell live snails and clams on eBay. I would think that their 'no live animals' policy would include fish as well.
I'm going to let the seller know about Aquabid, it's like eBay for aquarium stuff.

Answer:
E-bay is usually pretty quick about removing stuff like this, the auction for the angelfish has ended, I didn't check to see if she relisted them or not, but the Arowana is still listed

Answer:
um ok. what about sea monkey eggs? this is the first i saw this.

Answer:
They would be allowed, as they aren't alive, and cannot hatch unless they are put into a brine solution. They are suspended until then.
