Question: how many of you guys have pet insurance? i'm looking into it but would like to find a company that offers pet AND horse insurance...so i won't have to get two different companies and stuff once i finally get Kemo here... but, i can't seem to find one *sigh* so, any ideas? i need it for inside the united states... Answer: I have looked into it here in Ontario, but it's too expensive with four cats. If they were pedigreed show cats it would be one thing, but I can't afford over $100 a month. Much as I would love to. Answer: i have found some here in the states, just for lucy, that is under $20 a month..not the greatest coverage though..for the coverage i would like it's closer to $40 a month...i guess because of her age... Answer: ok i've narrowed it down to these..now i just have to pick one *sigh* what do you guys think? https://www.petcareinsurance.com https://www.petshealthplan.com http://www.petinsurance.com https://www.petsbest.com Answer: http://www.petcareinsurance.com/us/cat/indoor/index.asp That's the one I have. For Annie and Oliver it's $22.70 a month. We have 2 other cats but since they have severe heart murmurs insurance won't cover them for heart related illnesses. Answer: Lanka!! How are you doing? I have also looked into pet insurance but I feel that I have probably spent less in vet bills than I would have on premiums. And we no longer qualify anyway because of Syd's previous urinary tract problems. The plan that you decide on will ultimately depend on what you want coverage for...everyday vet visits or emergencies. The first company also had a senior plan which is pretty neat. Answer: Lanka good to see you I looked into pet insurance for Pippin and Joey but because of Joey's previous injury to his leg ( when he was a puppy) he wasn't covered. I opted to pay outright because my vet's office offers finiance options, it was cheaper then paying premiums Answer: Well hello. It's funny what you stumble upon in the night. Answer: It's funny what you stumble upon in the night. Better POTN than a warm pile of cat vomit! (Been there, done that!) Jami, any progress?
