Bryan's famous Dog
Question: While browsing the local online paper I came upon this. I hope you enjoy it. BMS dog Allie to be honored State Fair Allie, the Bryan Middle School's therapy dog, will be honored Saturday at the Ohio State Fair by the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association. She was selected as one of Ohio's Outstanding Animals for 2006. Allie is a familiar sight at the school, where she helps the guidance staff, and offers affection and understanding to students. The Ohio Veterinary Medical Association's letter to Allie, in care of Bryan Middle School counselor Jackie Boyd, states: "Congratulations to Allie on being selected for winning recognition as one of Ohio's Outstanding Animals!!" "Special Guest Angela An, weekend anchor for CBS WBNS 10-TV in Columbus, will join us as the emcee for this event. A total of 10 awards will be presented on that day ... "Again, we would like to extend hearty congratulations to both Allie and you on being examples of the enduring link between animals and people." Allie is to be featured in a future issue of the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association's monthly newsletter and on the OVMA Web site.
