The Magnetic Hill Zoo in Moncton will soon be opening its doors so the public can say goodbye to an ailing Siberian tiger.
Zoo manager Bruce Dougan says Tomar the tiger is dying of kidney failure.
Tomar is the symbol of the Magnetic Hill Zoo, and has been a popular attraction for almost 20 years.
Dougan expects a big turn-out at the planned open house, which so far does not have a firm date.
