Question:
We took Chester in to be pts this morning. He had gotten to where he couldn't get around and not interested in food anymore. He didn't even want the gummy worm I stopped and bought him on the way to the vets. We all had one and toasted Chester for the good and funny rat he was. He was 2 years and 8 months old.

Thank you for the kind words. Yes- why they always go several close together I will never understand, but I have sadly almost gotten used to the fact if one goes, there will be two more to follow shortly. Chester was a great rat, though. I am glad he is not alone anymore.
