Question: I thought it was a good idea to start a pet recipes section,,,people can add whatever ones they use,,I will try to add quite frequently,,ones I have tried and ones I haven't,,,,I have not tried this one yet!! Gourmet Dog Biscuits 12-16 ounces raw liver 1 1/2 lb White flour 8 oz Quaker Oats 3 Bouillon cubes, meat or chicken flavored 1 c Water- approx. 2 Eggs, beaten Recipe received from Thora. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 3 cookie sheets. Chop the liver finely, or put briefly in a blender. Mix flour and oats, crumble in the bouillon cubes, add eggs and the chopped liver. Add enough water to make a firm but slightly sticky dough. Spread evenly on the cookie sheets, about 1/2" thick. Dip a small dog-cookie cutter in flour before cutting out each portion. Bake 1 hour. Can be kept for about 2 weeks. Store in refrigerator. Answer: Kitty Heaven (Sardines & Rice) 2 Flat cans of sardines in oil 2/3 c Cooked rice 1 tb Liver 1/4 c Parsley, chopped Combine all ingredients. Stir with a wooden spoon to break up sardines into bite-sized pieces. Yields: 2 - 3 servings. Store unused portion in refrigerator, tightly covered. Answer: RATTY TRAIL MIX FIRST ADD 1\\2 CUP OF BRAN THEN ADD 5 SHREDDED CARROTS NEXT ADD CHOPPED APPLES FOURTLY ADD I TEA-SPOON OF HONEY ADD CRUCHED UP CRACKERS FINALLY ADD COOKED OR UNCOOKED NODDLES (YOU`RE RATTIES PREFERCE) Directions -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THEN ALL YOU HVE TO DO IS MIX THEM TOGETHER IN A BIG BOWL. STORE IN A AIRTIGHT CONTAINER, WILL LAST ABOUT 2 WEEKS Answer: Grain Free Cat Food A complete diet for the cat who cannot tolerate grain. Directions -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 lb. raw ground turkey, chicken or beef 1/3 cup grated carrots 1/3 cup broccoli chopped in a blender 1/4 cup liver puried in blender 4-8 vitamin tablets powdered. Amt depends on how much kitty eats each day. Mix all together. Put in ice cube trays and freeze. Take out and thaw as needed -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Answer: these look like they might be some good recipies.. and they are natural..
