Oh lord, if this is what I think it is, there was a big commotion on another forum regarding chinchilla recipes. I later found out the link was meant to be funny but there is an actual cookbook that has chinchilla recipes in it. I think the wives of Empress or MCBA created it. Remember, the Indians used chinchillas for food as well as fur.

I saw that website posted on CnQ a while ago.
I would imagine a Chinchilla Cookbook raises the same feelings of disgust that a Beef Cookbook might in India where cattle are sacred to certain groups of people.
