My brothers gold fish that was 8 years old died today . it was really big. i could have made a fillet. lol now my poor jeleus is left. im kinda releaved it died though. it sounds mean but my brother was goin to college this year and i would have to take care of the gaints. lol they are so big well now there is only one but it is huge!!!!!!

that is old for a gold fish.. of course I dont know the lifespan of one.. but I never had one that lasted a year. my grandfater had a few that got huge.. they were about the size of both my hands put together. and if you put it on a plate (not to eat... just to measure its size.. lol) then it would hang over both sides. its long gone now.. and there is no way he could have flushed that one!!!!! lol

Koi fish are so cool looking.. one time when I went to Florida. there was a chinese resturaunt that had a little bubble gum machine outside filled with fish food for the koi that they had there.. so you could feed them. it was too cool.
