My poor sweet little Fluffy died during the night. I woke up to find him lying on his side. I'm absolutely heart-broken. I feel like it's my fault....that he was more injured than we thought.
Fluffy was a sweet little boy who liked chewing on my fingers on climbing up my arms. He was the friendliest little degu, he loved being visited and talked to. He loved being scratched behind the ears and having his belly tickled.
We're going to take him to my parents' farm to bury him. There's a nice little garden there that always has beautiful flowers blooming, and that's where we'll bury him.
Goodbye Fluffy. Go to the Rainbow Bridge....there's other babies of mine waiting to take care of you until it's my turn to join you.
