Question:
I had heard of people feeding Craisins to chins, but I thought I'd try the organic fresh cranberries for Cub & the pigs. OMG they all went wild over the berries!!! The pigs took them inside their house & were crunching away. Cub sat on her shelf clutching it tightly & chomping.
I think cranberries are very good in proper amounts. They prevent uti's & are very high in Vitamin C.
Anyone else feed them?

I feed Craisins, but not cranberries. They are good for UTI's because they make the urine more acidic. Conversely, acidic urine can irritate the urinary tract so moderation is best.

I feed mine dried cranberries.. and they love them!!!!! Livvie runs to the door when she hears the noise.. then grabs the bag out of my hand everytime.. silly girl!!

I just bought a bag of dried cranberries yesterday, and gave each of my chins a small piece- they LOVE them!

I have a huge bag of Craisins for the brats and I constantly nibble on them. Sometimes they will smell them on my breath and then go crazy.
