Shipping Costs?

Question:
My boyfriend and I finally found our girl, she's just perfect and I feel like being one second too late to buy all of the other girls we had been interested in before was fate pushing us towards this little sweetie who we've both fallen madly in love with. Now our only problem is figuring out how we're going to get her to us.
I had assumed we could drive to pick her up (in ohio) because the trip's been made before just for fun, and it's not nearly as long as mapquest had told us it was. So I told the breeder this is what would happen, and she asked that I just let her know when I am going! The only problem with that is that he's been so busy with work that it might not be possible to try and drive there. So we thought that i'd take the bus there, spend the night with my friend to see his newborn daughter, and then come back up (with my friend driving) to Toronto. Then we saw that greyhound wanted 200$ for a one way ticket!
So now we're looking into shipping, but we can't figure out what an approx cost would be, since we don't know what airlines go between ohio and toronto. I thought i'd see if I could get some answers on that question here I'm going to be asking the woman about the option, but my email is being a pest and I can't get any emails to go out as of earlier this evening. Rogers says it's an error with our account and that they can't guarantee that it'll be fixed before sunday.
Anyone got any info on this to tide us over?

Answer:
Probably American Airlines or Continental would be the ones that flies into T.O., because it is coming from a U.S. destination, you have to realize that you will be charged shipping and Health certificate in U.S. funds, so I would "guestimate" at about $280 Canadian. BUT, it all depends what airline they use, and what fees their vet charges as well.

Answer:
Air Canada ships out of Columbus to Pearson and would probably be the cheapest. Call Air Canada cargo and get them to give you a price. Just make sure you have carrier dimensions and a weight (usually about 5 pounds or so which is less than the 25 lbs allowed for a small carriers anyways).
