Question:
Ollie loves to lay on the balcony wall outside. We live on the second level and he jumps up on the wall and straddles it like he does with the counter inside. It is cracking the neighbors up! I always hear them saying how funny it is and how they have never seen a cat do that. A lady just stopped me as I walked by and we talked about him. He is so hilarious. For those of you who don't know what he does, this is what it looks like except its outside on the balcony.

Maybe I'm just paranoid (ok, I know I am!) but that would give me a heart attack! Maybe it's b/c I've seen so many cases of high-rise syndrome at work...
Ollie definately has a fan club here though.. He looks like a big lug!

It's a splat-a-cat! He looks just like the cats we get at work that have fallen from balconies, only he's alive and indoors! How cute!

I know, I've debated about letting him do it for a long time. For awhile I kept pulling him off, but he would jump right back up. I only let him do it for short periods of time though. We aren't very high and we have bushes all around that he would land in if he fell.
