I just got my custom Xmas ornament from the Ontario Chinchilla Association.
Here's the ornament (ignore the mess - it's the end of term, so NOTHING is getting done around the house):

Lucky you. I'm STILL waiting for mine I've been yet again very disapointed with the service I got from the association. I know they do this on a volunteer basis but some basic communication would be nice.

Have you talked to Natalie? I never heard much from Vanessa (who does the ornaments), but Natalie is very quick to respond and she can track Vanessa down.
The last time that I talked to Natalie, she said that Vanessa was busy with school, so it was taking her a while to get to the ornaments. I think that she may have rushed to do mine because I was almost out of food and I really wanted to ship the food and ornament together (this way I saved $10).

yes I have and yes she's ben quick, but only when I contacted her. I got no confirmation of shipment or anything like that. I've found I've always had to initiate the contact. apparently shipping is delayed because of the holidays right now, but we are now going on week three of waiting. It usually takes a week from ontario to bc.

yes, apparently they were shipped on the 14th.
