Question:
Ugh, I feel so horrible. I went to get some canned cat food this morning because we were out and since there was no Innova, I decided to try Wysong. I gave the cats a taste of it, about 3 tablespoons each, and they both seemed to really like it.
Well, about 1/2 hour after I fed it, Max threw up EVERYWHERE! It was the largest I've seen from him in a long time. I thought maybe he just ate too fast (which he does a lot) but he has vomitted 3 times since. Of course there is nothing left in his tummy now. I feel so bad for him. Now he is sleeping on the bed...but I can tell he feels like crap.
Has anyone else had a problem with Wysong? It's the Vitality line.

Wysong is supposed to be a great all natural brand. Maybe it was just too big of a change for his delicate stomach? What are the ingredients in the canned food, it wasn't one of their raw diets right?
I hope Max feels better soon, keep us updated on how he does at dinnertime!

No, it wasn't the meat diet. I only gave him a couple bites and it hardly had time to hit his stomach...that's why I'm so confused.

maybe he was just not feeling well to begin with.. and its just a coincidence that you happened to try a new food?!?! I have never heard nor seen that brand. poor guy.. hope he feels better..

Awwww, poor Max. I agree, that is so strange, maybe a bad batch? I know recently someone told me that they had bought a bad batch of canned food somewhere, I wish I could remember what type it was though.

It is definitely the new food. He's been eating his cruchies since and has been fine.
