I got a new cat toy for Aspen and he doesnt seem to care.. its a treat ball... he just looked at it like.. yeah.. so.. what do you want me to do with that??????? lol silly boy!!! why cant he be as enthusiastic as the chins about a new toy?!?!?!?!?!?

lol Su your right.. hehe. I rolled it around a few times in front of him.. and even let him smell it and hear the treat inside of it. I also gave him a treat without it being in the ball.. Im not sure if he ate it or not.. cause I gave it to him and walked away.. hehe

My cat Wiley likes this 1 stuffed rat toy but it has to be rubbed in the catnip first before he'll play with it. He knows which cupboard that the catnip is kept in and he'll open the cupboard with his paw and bring me the catnip bag in his mouth! Now I have to rig the cupboard so he can't open it (I used a bungee cord)...
My other cat Wilson only plays with the Cat Dancer or the Feather Wand which of course requires me to play with him...I have bought them many other toys and my Yorkie plays with most of them...most dog toys are way too big for her!

My cats love the Cat Dancer too. I actually got them one of the ones that attaches to the wall so they can play when I'm not home. They're crazy about it!

most of the toys that I have gotten for Aspen he likes and does play with.. that one just didnt seem to interest him..
he knows where his toy box is.. and everyonce in a while he will go over to it and sit by it pawing at the toys.. and picking one or two out of it to play with.. its too cute!!!!
I do have some toy mice that he plays with that stay in a covered dish with catnip.. and if I pick up the dish and rattle it he comes running... hehe

I forgot to mention Luna's favorite toy (after the Cat Dancer, of course) They're little furry mice that are made from real rabbit fur. She loves those things. She tosses them around and rolls around on the floor with them. I think there's about half a dozen under the couch at any given moment. I don't like that they're made from real rabbit fur, but I didn't realize that until I got home, and she loves them sooo much.
