Quick question
Question: I was told that chinchillas can still be shipped, I thought that it was too warm to ship them now. I thought that it would have to wait until September. Can they be shipped or not?? Answer: It usually depends on where. If it is a long flight people prefer to wait. If there has to be a transfer or layover then most people prefer to not ship during the summer. Answer: Yes, it totally depends. It's very good shipping weather here, lol, not too warm at all. You can try night flights too. They are usually cooler. Answer: I was told by Air Canada that you can ship live animals as long as the temperature is not over 26 degrees - that means at the place of origin and the place of arrival. I would ship now on a cool, overcast day, but I would certainly not ship on a hot, sunny day. It would also depend on whether it was a straight flight or whether there were stop-overs. Clear as mud, now ??? Answer: Thanks for clearing that up for me. I don't ship so I didn't know how that worked. I was thinking that they put a ban on it for the summer months.
