Question:
Cub is something of a chinnie-fountain these days- i.e. it doesn't take much for her to start spraying pee!!!
Are anyone else's chins real sprayers?

I have one sprayer ... Phoebe. She will spray when she's even the slightest bit miffed about something
Josie only sprays if she's REALLY mad about something, and she's never sprayed at me ... only other chinchillas. Even then, I've only seen it happen a few times.
I've seen Cracker spray twice. Once was at Cinnamon when he tried to get it on and she didn't want it, the other was at me when I had company over
Ginger doesn't spray, she just stands on her hind legs like a big bear

I have never witnessed any of my chinnies spraying but i did notice some on the wall one day so somebody was mad for some reason or another,,lol

Males will attempt to spray but they aren't as successful with their aim like the females. Delilah has sprayed but that is only when a male is provoking her, otherwise she has never sprayed me. [/i]

A few of my girls were big sprayers at one time, but thankfully they have stopped for the most part.

Actually both my boys sprayed each other so I guess boys spray too. They really hate each other. I have never been sprayed but Chucker was the spray queen. She was the crabbiest chin alive but that's what I loved about her and the name suited her well. She would spray everything and anything if she was mad about something. Tucker learnt to get out of her way when she got upset.
