Poor Artemis
Question: My poor little baby had to have 3 baths today because of his poop problem. Some days his poop is nice and firm, and other days (like today) it's runny and gets all over his bum. I thought the new food would help, but I guess I'll have to keep looking. It makes me sad cause I don't think he understands why it's always him that has to have a bath. Poor little guy. Answer: Poor little baby, Artemis is drinking milk is he, I know milk has a tendency to cause the runs. Answer: aw Nikki,,,,,I feel so bad for your poor kitty,,,,,I wish there was some sort of advice to give you but I dont know anything that would help,,,,,,,, Answer: Thanks Brandy....I actually just had to give him another bath I've been free-feeding them, so maybe I'll try feeding them twice a day and taking the food away between meal time, maybe that will help. MeMeMe, Artemis is actually a year old and eating Nutro weight management.....I just call him my little baby cause he's my favorite of the cats (but shhh....it's a secret....don't tell the other 4 cats! LOL) Answer: Oh I see, well I sure hope you come up with a solution, poor baby Answer: I would seriously consider a fibre supplement. A friend of mine gives her cat with colitis Metamucil (unflavoured) to bulk his stools & keep him regular. Answer: Neuro, how much Metamucil does she give her cat? And how? Mixed in with food or with a syringe? And how often? Everyday? Sorry for the questions, but I really want to clear this problem up. Answer: I talked to my friend & she feeds 1/2 tsp metamucil daily & a high fibre cat food. Answer: Nikki, poor Arti!!! sounds like the metamucil thing might be a good thing.. I hope it works for you. Answer: I wqish I had some advice to offer but I've never owned a kitty. I hope you can find a solution soon though! Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
