I have learned so much since I joined and the magazine has a lot of informative articles. If you are a die hard anti-fur type of person it would be considered offensive because they do discuss pelts. I don't regret I joined one bit because all of the ranchers I have spoken to are so sweet and are willing to share information with the pet people.

Is there some way to buy back issues of the newsletter or subscribe without being a member? I am one of those rabid anti-fur protester types but I know that professional ranchers have the "edge" on chilla nutrition & medicine. I will not join Empress or MCBA but I am very interested in the newsletter.

see Im torn on the whole thing... I would love to join because of the things I would learn.. and too see all of the awesome Chinchillas... but on the other hand.. I cant see the poor things living a life only to be pelted!!!
