Another fight :(

Question:
I woke up last night to an awful racket going on in the kitchen, so I dragged myself in there only to find out that everything seemed ok. An hour later I woke up again, and almost descided to stay in bed. I'm glad I didn't, the first thing I saw when I got into the kitchen was a big piece of white fur stuck to the hammock. Snurr was running on the wheel but when I got him to stop I saw he had several tufts of fur sticking out . Since it wasn't as bad as the last time I observed them for a few minutes and then went back to bed (left the lights on in the kitchen) and when I woke up a few hours later they were snuggled together in their usual corner... I hope they aren't going to make this a habbit, I don't want to seperate them again

Answer:
Lisa, I notice the same thing happens to Baxter and Griffin. I sometimes find tiny tufts of fur in the cage after a night of roughhousing. It isn't anything too drastic to have to separate them and I think sometimes they just get on each other's nerves. Have you ever noticed bite marks on either one of them?

Answer:
I find small tufts of fur all the time, but this is the first time I've woke up to their fighting. And I've never noticed any bite marks *really happy about that*.

Answer:
Lisa, unless it turns very hostile, I wouldn't worry about it. I often hear Baxter and Griffin arguing and when I walk into the room, I find one of them mounting the other and that is where the argument ensues. I would know if it was getting too hostile and immediately remove one of them.

Answer:
aww Lisa.. I hope they will still get along.. it is heartbreaking to know that they fight like that..
Snurr was just taking out his frustrations by going for a walk/run haha...
Ill keep my fingers crossed for you that they will continue to get along..
every once in a while I will notice that there is a tiny bit of white fur in Charlie and Livvies cage.. we know who the dominant one is there.. lol poor Charlie..

Answer:
we know who the dominant one is there..
Oh, yeah I've maybe found one piece of gray fur since they moved in together.... but I dunno, they seem pretty equal. Snurr defends himself by peeing so Felix' fur gets sticky instead of falling out

Answer:
ewwwwwwwwwww

Answer:
yup, he's quite a sprayer
