What kind of food bowls do you use?
Question: Answer: Answer: Answer: Answer: Answer: i use the crocks and none of them dump out the food...........as for hay i use a corner little box and linus keeps her hay in there Answer: I use a Superpet gravity bin feeder for pellets (you can see what they look like here :http://www.petsmart.com/small_animal...ct_32482.shtml), and a terra cotta pot for hay. The bin feeder works really well for pellets because it can't be knocked over, and my chin likes to sit on the top of the feeder. But I have yet to find anything that works well for hay because Buddy is never happy unless he pulls all of his hay onto the floor. Answer: Manuel has a ceramic dish for his pellets and a wire hay rack... Pablo has a ceramic double hamster dish, an untippable ceramic rabbit dish for his water and a Terra Cotta flower pot for his hay... I've never had a problem with them tipping/throwing their bowls around... Answer: I have had success with these bowls. The bowls are heavy and hard to tip over. Some of our chinchillas even sit on the top to grab food from the dish. Answer: I have the metal feeders from Ryersons, and then feed hay cubes so that dosent go in a bowl.
