It almost looks like it is an everyday occurrance to Fluffy. I can't believe she didn't run away from the big guy...hehehe.
Hubby's cousin lives in a very remote area of northern BC. In the email he sent he said that they have been having moose and deer around their house at all times of the day. When we visited a couple of summers ago we were always on the look out for bear in his yard.

really,,,i would love to live in a place like that, so exciting , altho my kids wouldnt be alloweed to play outdoors and i wouldnt go out after dark

Winters there are way too cold for me. We used to live close to them when my kids were small. -20 to -40 is not much fun. It snows there in October and doesn't go away till March. We even had snow storms in June sometimes....urgh!!!
But having moose and deer in the backyard was kind of fun. Having bear around was scarey though. One even came into hubby's parents house one time when they left the door open....

when we lived in Norton,,,,,,a small hickville place about 20 mins away from sussex, we had alot of bear problems,,i of course thought it was so exciting becuase i was a kid but my parents were freaked
I decided to go to my friends house one day and she walked out to meet me, it was maybe a 10 min walk, as soon as we got in the house, the phone rang, it was her mom saying to stay in the house there was a bear hanging around, she was at her friends house,,,we opened the door to let the cat in and heard something, Lorilee shut the door and we looke dout the wondow and sure enough theres a bear walking up her drivesway
it was kinda scary knowing we were so close to it
