Cage question
Question: Uhm, anyone else? Answer: If it was me.. I'd split it evenly so I wouldn't have to switch them around every week or so... it's more work for you but if it's permenant... I'd do it! There are 2 doors right? A large one on top and smaller one on bottom? If it was split in the middle, you'd only have to open the large door to feed both chinnies... the only problem would be if you have escape artists then you'd have to watch that one doesn't bolt on you... though you probably would have that same problem already with them in the same cage.. OK, I'm just rambling now... Answer: I'm still hoping for them to get along so hopefully it won't be for ever... but who knows . And the wheel is on the bottom floor so I'd switch them around anyway... allthough I'll probably be taking the wheel out since I've noticed bite marks on it. Descisions, descisions.... Answer: Now first let me say that I am crazy, but what I would do is put a verticle screen divider in the middle section of the cage, so that each would get a full section, and a half. This way you would also allow then to see each other. Many chins are more tolerant of others through the wire then in "their" space. But like I said, I'm crazy! Answer: OR.... you could give each chin a section.. top & middle and leave the bottom section for exercise time.. they could just take turns or play together if they're getting along that day... Answer: The only thing they do during the days is sleep, so it would be a waste of space if someone didnt get to be in the bottom part at nights. I'll probably just have to wait and see what my dad thinks and what he has time for. I guess it won't be horribly wrong to devide it the easy way since not many people seem to have an oppinion about it... Answer: lol... you could just have a whole nother cage built ... hehehehe.... Answer: OR... you could split it evenly and buy another wheel... Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
