It NEVER fails We just had our first (of many to come) summer power outages-of course while I was cleaning cages I had one chin out running while I was cleaning his cage, and he had been scampering for a little while, but as soon as the power went off I put him back in his cage-where he collapsed I ran to the kitchen to get one of my 11 (one for EACH chin) ice packs and wrapped on in a towel to put him on I was so scared. He looked like he was dead. I'm glad I'm prepared for the inevitable power outages
