I've got a question regarding the weight of one of my kits. She was born on 2/1/04-so she's growing up nicely, but I can't understand why she's getting so huge. She's just shy of 500g. She's a sapphire and her parents aren't very big. Her dad is quite small and her mom is normally around 585g. Is it normal for her to be that big? Could it be just some fluke thing? Her sister is quite a bit smaller-so I'm kind of at a loss

Even small chins can carry good genes for size. With two chins throwing good genes for size, you end up with a nice big kit like yours! Any pics? Would love to see her.

That's normal. One of my "kits" outweighs her parents by almost 200 grams. She outweighs her sister by 100 grams.
