Finally I have some pics of Kody's face and not just side shots. I call him Kody Koala a lot because that's what he reminds me of. He is my gorgeous Ritterspach violet. I can't believe how blocky he is.
Also a pic of Chakotay my new Black velvet boy from Blue Vale Chinchillas and Buddy our Tan White boy.

Kody has an ear tag which is common for chins who come from a ranch. Calypso has the same thing on her right ear.

Sophie, make sure you keep an eye on Cali's ear tag. Danny had his ear tag in for 2 years with no problem and one day I checked his ear and it was infected. Dave promptly took it out and his ear was back to normal in a few days.

Thanks Denise. I watch it like a hawk and have been trying to find time and a vet to take her tag out. I don't trust myself with it and I don't think Tim wants to do it. It will eventually come out though
