Green Poop

Poor Artemis! I know I am thinking like a chinnie owner here so you have to forgive me but those very same symptoms are often related to giarrdia or coccodia in chins. Have you thought about taking a stool sample to the vet? I can imagine what a pain it is to have trails of it in the house. Pooh-bum? How cute! I have never heard of bums called that before.

Nikki, have you tried some acidophilus? Otherwise, if it doesn't clear up, I would take in a stool sample and have it tested for parasites.

Just a thought, but has he had access to outside, grass, plants, indoor plants, anything like that. Our cat will sometimes have poop that sticks to her but or looser stools after getting into our palm tree plant and eating the leaves. If not, I would seriously consider the vet. Also have you seen Artemis having any hairballs?

I hope the stool sample will help you figure out what is wrong with him, maybe he is having some digestive upset? Poor Artemis.

i bet you it is coccidia...........linus got it from our bunny and our bunny got it from a cats feces outside this summer.............cats are carriers..............and do not always show symptoms...............only when they become immuno sompromised do they show symptoms...she needs some septra...........(sulpha drug)
