Question:
Does anyone know of any chinchilla shows?
We are thinking of taking Secret to a show. She is the sweetest little girl (although not so small anymore). She is super friendly, loves to just sit on your shoulder and get cuddles, and is absolutely beautiful.
I don't have any recent pictures of her, but here are a few from when she was younger. If anything, she has gotten more beautiful now that she is filling out.
Has anyong here ever gone to a show or competed in one?
Anyway, are there chinchilla shows in Ontario and if so, when, where, and do you think she would stand a chance at placing?

You may have to become a member to be able to show, if in fact there are any shows local to you.
You might also want to check out some websites for local fairs, since there are a lot of chinchilla breeders/ranchers in Ontario, I would think that some of the larger fairs might have a category for chinchillas

We were cameraless for 4 months while his parents were away on another round the world trip. I just found out they are leaving again next week for a month, and again in August for 3 months... so we better take those pictures soon!
And I'll keep everyone updated on any show information I find out. We all have such beautiful chins we should show them off
