Question:
Bunnyzoo just e-mailed me these links of three chins up for adoption, the organization is apparently knowledgable on exotics, YA RIGHT!! The first one has filthy water, and a brown water stain in the bown, the second and third have greens to eat, and it states that brother and sister are living together. They need to get out of there

These people shouldn't even be rescuing these animals unless they know something about them. Bunnyzoo said she is able to take them, but would need someone on the mainland to get them and bring them to the ferry. Poor babies

I am also feeling more upset about these guys ,,being that I recently have dealt with some other chins that lived on what I would call a Rabbit diet
I hope that it is not too late to help undue the damage that this diet has caused ?
I sent them a nice e-mail explaining their needs ,,,I just hope that they have figured this out already and made the changes ?!

that is so horrible!!!!!!!!!! I sure hope that it doesnt cause them an unhealthy future!! I cant believe that they had those things to eat!!
(that reminds me of when I picked up Will and Grace... their conditions they lived in were horrible!!!)
and that the brother and sister are in the same cage??? ummm.... being a rescue place they should know just as well as anyone that a male and a female shouldnt be in the same cage unless they want them to make babies!!!!!!! let alone the fact that they are brother and sister!!!

I PMed bunnyzoo but am waiting to here back from her on the details. I can go get these guys out of there as long as bunnyzoo will take them and maybe velvetrabbit can take them to the ferry for me. I think getting them out of there as soon as possible will be the best thing to do.

Both Bunnyzoo and I has sent them an e-mail on the proper care of chinchillas. We were both very pleasant in the e-mails, but yet let them know the serious effects it could have on these chins. I also pointed them to my website and explained that there was a page on caring for chins. I'm not sure if it will change anything though
