I took this picture at 6am this morning.. Manuel was just sitting there for a long time just staring into space... even when I opened his cage door he didn't move... he crosses his front paws across his chest too... do other chins do this?

Jiggy does that all the time. That's what I refer to as praying.
"Dear god, please give me tons of raisins and make sure Calypso doesn't steal them. Make Mama give me lots of play time and ask her not to touch my ears. Please bless my hay cubes and make sure I never run out of pellets....Amen"

On a sort of side note, I have to stop saying "chin" because it makes me think of the colour chinchilla in rabbits, not chinchillas the species. Chinnie is better for me. LOL. That way my mind doesn't start to automatically revert back to rabbits. If I had a brain scan done, I swear all they would see is an image of a rabbit.
