Question:
We would like to keep one or both of the foster kittens, the young ones that went thru such an ordeal, to be a buddy/buddies for Mojo, another older kitten we are keeping as well.
Mojo is about 14 weeks old or so, and the kittens are maybe 6 weeks.
how do you intro cats? the dogs are fine with the kittens, but Mojo hisses when i have kittens on the table to feed them.... what is the best way to go about handling this?

I think Mojo is just jealous that the younger kittens are getting your attention. I think he'll come around when he realizes they aren't going to leave. I'd just supervise them the first while they are together.. if he's just hissing that's Ok.. as long as he doesn't attack the poor things.

Yeah, my cats have hissed and swatted, but they pretty much ignore the kittens otherwise. They ignore us too though. They really aren't the most social lot.

Mine did the same. Just plunk the kitten in, and let them sort themselves out. Ofcourse watch for any serious violence, but screaming or fluffing is fine.

actually, i havent tried much. we tried a few times, but Mojo was quite agressive, and we didn't push it. i may end up not keeping Mojo ... see new post.
