Hermie loves to sleep in the bottom drawer of the dresser in our closet- and Steve hates the drawers being left open and closes them obsessively- I have always been so paranoid that she would get locked in there- being Hermie who hides all the time, she might go two or three days before someone thought something was wrong. I have actually programmed myself to check the drawer and extract Hermie and close it before Steve gets home. It's easier to do that than to teach him to check for Hermie before closing drawers.
