You need to figure out where you are going to put the site first.
www.freewebs.com has free hosting without pop-ups, and templates you can use. Look at my website, it's maintained through them. Do you have a digital camera? If so, that's the easiest way to add pictures to your webpage. Look at some of the member's websites around here, you'll get good ideas. And you need to advertise once the babies are for sale. I will keep you in mind! I have 70 meg of space through my web service and I was using dreamweaver to design it I just needed to figure out the content.
