Question:
We had a male pink white kit born Friday morning. He's so cute and full of spunk. He's mostly white with hardly any beige markings and his eyes are a deep ruby red. His mother is a beige and father is a mosiac. Since he's the first pink white we've had born here, we're planning on keeping the little cutie. We've decided to name him Titan. Hopefully, I'll post some pics of him soon!

Haven't gotten the pics yet.... I was worried yesterday that mommy wasn't producing any milk because baby kept biting her and then she would push him away and spray him. I supplemented him a little yesterday because he wasn't gaining anything, but I weighed him this morning and he has gained two grams.... so I am assuming either he is just really aggressive towards his mother or the milk just came in. and we are giving mommy cranberry juice. Has anyone else had this problem with aggressive kits?

Your kit may have been biting because no milk was coming out of mom. Have you seen him feeding contentedly yet?

Yes, for the past day or so he has been eating fine.... I thought it was a milk problem from the beginning and I am pretty sure thats what it was, and luckily the milk came in. He has been gaining weight now. Haven't seen anymore spraying or barking so hopefully everything will go smoothly now. *sigh* I am glad that things have settled down. Hopefully I can get pics now.

Congrats on Titan .... We usually give apple juice for nursing mom's, but have used cranberry juice as well.
It sounds like mom wasn't producing any milk, but am glad to hear all is going well now.
