Logo for my web page

Question:
So, I think I'm going to keep my logo simple. Here is my preliminary one. Just needs to be cleaned up a bit. I drew that chin so don't even think about stealing him!
So what do you think?

Answer:
It's nice, clean and simple. I like it a lot Lizz.

Answer:
You might consider adding a splash of color somewhere. A simple banner may look great on your site, but if you do any exchanges with other sites, your banner might look a little too simplistic.

Answer:
I like it. Verry well done.

Answer:
Lizz, I really like it but agree with Candice. I bit of colour would look nice.

Answer:
Have you thought about having a few variations? Your website banner could, as suggested, use some colour, but that should not be too difficult for such a creative person like you. Do you specialize in a fur colour? It might be nice to stretch out the material you have for a website banner. For use on smaller objects like links you could keep the more simplistic/cleaner design you are considering now. The text/name you have chosen could be used in various places as well. I can't wait to see your finished product!

Answer:
Thanks everyone for your imput!

As for colour, right now I am looking to have a B&W website, so a B&W logo made sense. I will have to wait till I see the templates before I decide what colours I should at. I did make a BV version of the chin
But I'm not too happy with the face. I found the outline to be 'cuter'.
Do you specialize in a fur colour?
I focus on Standards, BV's, violets and Ebonies. Do you think I should incorperate all these colours into the main banner/logo?

It might be nice to stretch out the material you have for a website banner.
What do you mean (having a mind blank!)

Answer:
I meant a physical stretch horizontally. If you specialized in only one colour then it would make sense to me to have it as part of your banner or coloured chinchilla drawing. Since you have more than one colour, I'm not sure how you could incoporate it into one banner.

Answer:
Cute. I like your drawing!

Answer:
I really like the drawing, I could never draw not even a straight line.
