This scares me
Question: Now I'm not trying to be rude to anyone, so I will not mention who or where I saw this but this statement scares me I don't think she was in with litter mate because she is a standard and the others were a bv and beige and brown. Is that possible? This person bought this female (a standard) at the pet store and is concerned that the chin could be pregnant - a very valid concern unfortunatly. However, if they need ask the above question, did they do any research before buying? It makes me want to brain scan any potential buyers of my little ones!! Answer: The sentence itself doesn't even make much sense to me lol. Answer: It doesn't really make sense to me either, but genetics are pretty complicated and to me they don't fall into the research-before-buying category... Answer: It doesn't really make sense to me either, but genetics are pretty complicated and to me they don't fall into the research-before-buying category... If they had done thorough research I'm sure the fact that chins can birth many colors would have come up. I would not necessarily expect them to know how to make the colours though. Luckily it seems this chin has turned out to be a boy. Answer: If you crossed a brown velvet with a standard, you could get any one of those colors. I hope the chin isn't pregnant. Answer: Any of those "litter mates" could produce a standard. Scary, yes. Brain scans are seeming to be the way to go these days with everything going on.. Answer: Yes, it scares me too when I hear of people buying up any chins they can get their hands on, mostly of the pet store variety and then the next thing you hear they are breeding and have chins for sale...yikes! Answer: Yeah I agree YIKES! Carleen Copyright © 2007 - 2008 www.tendlife.com
