Question:
Does anyone have any idea what colour this boy is? Mom is a Hetero Eb vc and Dad is an solid white violet. When he was first born he looked like a Standard vc, but now at five weeks he has lightened up a lot, and his underfur is a very light grey. He doesn't look like any Standard vc I've ever seen before.

Thanks Pam. Someone on another forum has suggested that he is a silver vc. I wondered if thats what he was, but I've never seen a true silver, so I couldn't be sure.

His dirty belly is most likely from the eb influence. So I would think that he would be a white and more specifically, a silver based on his coloration (not genotype). If there were any beige in his background, I would be tempted to say he's a pastel, just judging by the hue of his fur.

At the moment he looks 'silver', but I bet he turns into a mosaic. He's very nice regardless!
