Question:
Bugsy, the black velvet that I got back from my friend/neighbour, so she could use the room for rescues. Well, I have had him quarantined long enough, so thought I would attempt to introduce him to his assigned girlfriend, Ellie-Mae. Now, she loves people, but other chins are another story, she is really hard to pair up. I let them sniff noses, and share play space for a week, and I thought I would put her in his cage for a few hours while I could watch them. Not even 2 seconds later, there they are, draped all over each other sleeping . I was so shocked, as she does not accept other chins that easy, so I think this is a match made in heaven, finally.
Also, Bugsy has always been a nice round chin, so I was looking at him, and it looked like he had a few extra rolls happening there, so I weighed him, and yep, he has gained a lot of weight. I have no idea why, as my friend had him on the exact same diet as I use. He looks like a big round teddy bear right now, and he is so happy, always begging for attention

Not sure about that yet, but the way they love each other, who knows. They were just introduced 2 days ago, officially (unsupervised).

That's awesome Laurie. I guess you could say he's made himself right at home then. Snowshoe has a girlfriend too, and they are very cosy, however she wears the pants.
