well i FINALLY got to meet my Dads new dog Tika,,,he brought her up last weekend,,,shes a little shih tzu

and Corbin is HEAD OVER HEALS in love with this dog and has been asking for a small dog ever since




and something i thought Id NEVER see!! My dad cuddling a small dog in a blanket because she was all wet and he didnt want her to get cold,,LOL

(dad looks bad,,,it was SO hot all day and he just travelled for over 4 hrs)

Sue,,,I said the exact same thing,,,

I dont really like little poofy dogs,,lol, shih tzu's, poodles, lasa's, etc etc..but Tika is pretty cute

she is 7 mths old

her birthday is Dec 7th
they got her for free,,apprently a girl Debbie(step mom) works with breeds them,,,she coudnt sell thelitter so she was just giving them away, when Dad and Debbie went to look at the pups,,i guess they all had poop smeared all over them, the house was filthy and reeked because she also had 2 big shepards and they all poop and pee all over the house

*GAGS* it took Tika 3 baths and one from the groomer to get the smell out of her!!

and the sad thing I bet the dumb lady will breed again

My mom has a 2 yr old African grey,,,named TIKA!! I have never told dad this since I dont talk about Mom to Dad and vise versa

when Dad called and told me what they named her,,i said NO WAY?? he said yah,,why are you so shocked,,,lol,,i said do you know who else has an animal with that name?? then i told him,,,he had no clue,,i think its odd that they both chose the same nerdy name,,,(i personally dont like it)

That is an amazing coincidence since it is not a very common name!

LOL, my grandparents had a daschhound named Tika, she would gobble anything in site and was HUGE, I always thought it was the weirdest name,
She is cute though.
